64% of Bronzeville Youth Shelter youth secured long term housing at exit
…and of those clients, 76% were reunified with their families
68% of youth exited to a safe and stable home after leaving our residential programs

Health

5,676 survival kits distributed
229 health prevention education sessions
88% of youth receiving services from SCOPe had their survival needs met through the receipt of basic necessities such as food, clothing, hygiene products, shelter and other basic needs services.
89% of Belfort House youth knew how to secure outside professional help to manage physical and mental health at the time they leave the program

Education and Career

70% of Belfort House youth were attending or completed a formal educational or career-advancement training program at the time they left the program.
